There are 109 outdoor art works dotted around Tama Monorail’s Tachikawakita Station “Faret Tachikawa Art”. Photographs including this art will be collected. The grand prize is 50,000 yen. We look forward to your application!
Anyone can apply.
1.4 color prints (Including Wide Yotsugiri and Service Yotsugiri) printed on silver halide photographic paper
2.Up to 3 works per person, self-made, unpublished or unprocessed (Synthetic photos and digitally processed photos are not allowed.)
3.Single Photo Only (Group photos are not allowed.)
1.I will make sure that the work follows the theme.
2.Applicants may submit up to13 works per person,which were taken by themselves after April 2015 and have not yet been published, including works of Farley Tachikawa art.
3.If the subject is a person, please obtain the consent of the person (subject) before applying. If the subject is a minor, the consent of the parent is required.
4.Any trouble arising from any act that infringes the copyrights or portrait rights of others shall be dealt with by the applicant. The organizer will not take any responsibility.
5.The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the photographer, but the sponsor may freely use the submitted work as a publicity activity for exhibitions, printed materials, websites, production of goods, etc.
6.Applications will not be returned.
7.Personal information on the application form will be used to the extent necessary for the operation of this business. The name of the photographer and the place of residence (ward, city, town or village name) may be clearly indicated on the works used for the exhibition of works, prize-winning announcements, printed materials, etc.
8.As a result of the examination, we do not accept any objections to the exhibition of works.
9.Digital photo works and analog photo works will be judged without distinction.
10.Of the submitted works, those that fall under any of the following or those that are judged to be likely to do so may not be subject to the screening.
・something that is judged to be unsuitable for a theme
・Those judged to be against public order and morals
・Items that are judged to infringe on property and privacy or contain slander.
・Items marked with profit-making purposes or items related to politics, religion, etc.
How to apply
1.Please print out this application form, attach the bottom application form to the back of the application form, and send it by hand or at the applicant’s expense.
2.In the case of multiple applications, please attach an application form with all the items filled out for each work.
3.If there is no application form, or if the size is not specified or the photo is pasted on the mount, it will be excluded from the examination.
4.Please make sure to apply with a print on silver salt photographic paper. You cannot apply using slides or data.

examination and announcement
1.Judges are selected by the organizers and voted by the general public.
2.The final candidate works will be exhibited around the first half of June at Tachikawa City Hall, the special venue on the first floor of Tachikawa Takashimaya.
3.As for the result of the examination, we will directly notify the winners of their informal decision on the end of June.
4.Please send the negative or data (CD-R, DVD) of the prize-winning work (grand prize) as soon as you receive the informal offer of the prize. If the prize does not arrive by the designated date, it will be cancelled.
5.After confirming the negative or data of the work and making a final decision on the winning work, the winning work will be announced on the website of the city or the executive committee.
6.Winners will attend the award ceremony to be held on July 2 (Schedule) at Tachikawa City Hall.
7.Original goods (Calendars, clear files, etc.) printed with the grand prize work will be produced.
