[9th Faret Tachikawa Art Photo Contest] Final results & photo exhibition information
The “Faret Tachikawa Art Photo Contest” is held to spread the word about Faret Tachikawa Art.
This year, we received 138 entries from 56 people, and 13 winning entries were selected.
Congratulations to all the prize winners.

I had the impression that there were many works of particularly high artistic quality this year compared to previous years.
I feel like the judges’ evaluations are also mixed.
Among them, the works that incorporate a variety of materials and points have won awards. I am always amazed by how you capture the art that we know well. I look forward to participating in this judging committee every year.

We are planning to exhibit the winning works of the photo contest as follows.
Photo exhibition in “Faret Tachikawa Art Museum Day 2023 Autumn”
Date and time : Tuesday, Oct 3rd –Sunday, Oct 8th, 9:00-19:00 (until 16:00 on the last day) Venue
: Tachikawa City Women’s General Center AIM 1st floor gallery (2 Akebono-cho, Tachikawa City) -36-2)
In addition, 100 people (first come, first served, one copy per person) will be given a 2024 calendar created using the winning works at the “Faret Tachikawa Art Museum Day 2023 Autumn” venue.

Distribution location : Headquarters booth

A variety of events will be held, such as special exhibitions, plays, art tours, and art markets, using the Faret district as a museum.
Event date and time : Saturday, Oct 7th and Sunday, Oct 8th, 2023, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. *Headquarters will be set up only on the
8th (Sunday)

Photo exhibition in “Tama Monorail Station”
Date and time : Friday, Sep 16th, to Wednesday, Sep 27th.
Venue : Takahatafudo Station
Date and time : Saturday, Oct 18th, to Monday, Oct 30th.
Venue : Tamagawa Josui Station
*The exhibition location is inside the ticket gate, so you will need an admission ticket even if you only want to view it.
The “Faret Tachikawa Art Photo Contest” will be held again next year.
Details will be announced around March 2024. We look forward to your participation.
